This will result in tests for monacoin to at least compile. The tests won't work because of various changes, but at least the compilation will succeed.

I agree that it's a serious issue that Monacoin has less regression tests.
(No developer thinks "regression test is useless", right? ;-)

We're especially welcome to contribute improvement for tests.
