    All genuine Deutsche eMarks have been swapped to a new Blockchain which is called Deutsche eMark Volume 2 and has a new Genesisblock message of "Don't trust your bank - Trust Deutsche eMark! 72de3b1218 116065501"

    The old software had a backdoor that became exploited since Oct 19-2022.
    In this release the backdoor is removed. All exploits could be tainted and are removed from volume-2

    All hacked coins are thus removed except for a small part (16M) which is donated to representatives of the DEM-community for sustained development and promotion and 4M is donated to Communitycoins.org for future consultance an promotion of communitycoins in general.

    Other general changes are:

    • The POW reward is halved to 25 DEM per block and will be halving after each 500.000 blocks
    • Network/chain parameters are changed to avoid interference with the old software
    • For the same reason the default RPC port has changed 4444
