I have seen that you found the FIX. Please use the eMark Wallet 1.5.1 to prevent orphan blocks. You should add the blockexplorer link "blockexplorer.deutsche-emark.de" to your found blocks. The link to ABE doesn't work. You can give your transaction a TX-comment like here: http://blockexplorer.deutsche-emark.org/api/getrawtransaction?txid=abedff1c1ebbd877ecece027d2d58b2c326a08a6cb8a829f6ba6f5f68a62a0bb&decrypt=1
